Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flip My Space (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Flip My Space lets you upload photos of a room and use AI to edit or restyle them. AI-generated results may vary and are provided for your personal and commercial use subject to these Terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make purchases. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload images you do not own or do not have the rights and permissions to use.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload and that your use does not infringe anyone's rights.

4. Credits and the free preview

Editing actions consume credits. New users receive one free watermarked preview generation. Beyond that, generating and downloading full-quality images requires a subscription or purchased credits. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan through the billing portal. When you cancel you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and unused credits roll over while your plan remains active. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process those images solely to provide the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the redesigned images we generate for you, including for commercial purposes. The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, remains our property.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will meet your expectations or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
